A plan is only as good as what a municipality can actually run on Monday morning. My work is anchored in a pragmatic question: Which parts of urban planning can be made reproducible — and what does a city gain in resilience and equity when they are?

This bridges two realms: Empirical Research (evacuation accessibility, seismic vulnerability, heat equity, computer vision for walkability with SAM 3) and Software Engineering (26 production QGIS plugins and headless Python libraries that place these methods directly into the hands of planners).
